Parking rules come into effect on 22.08.2024.

1. Parking in the underground parking of STOP SHOP Liptovský Mikuláš is free for 1.5 hours daily. During weekends and holidays, parking in the underground garage is free for 2 hours daily.

2. A fee of 25 Euros is set for the loss of a parking card, which is paid at the payment station.

3. After the free parking period, the parking fee is set at 2 Euros for each additional hour started during the operational hours of the underground garage from 6:30 to 21:00 and 3 Euros for each hour outside of operational hours from 21:00 to 6:30.

4. Payment for parking is made at the payment station before exiting the parking lot.

5. Smoking and handling open flames in the underground parking are prohibited.

6. Visitors with gas-powered vehicles may park exclusively in the outdoor parking area.

7. The maximum permitted speed in all parking areas is 10 km/h.

8. Entry to the underground garage is only permitted for vehicles with a maximum height of 2.3 m and width of 2.6 m.

9. It is mandatory to use lights in the underground garage.

10. Drivers are obliged not to obstruct other vehicles at entrances and exits.

11. The use of the horn is prohibited in all parking areas.

12. The driver (and passengers) should not linger unnecessarily or without reason in the underground parking area.

13. Pedestrians are prohibited from lingering in the entrance and exit areas of all parking lots as well as throughout the underground parking area.

14. None of the parking areas are monitored, and the operator is not responsible for damages caused to vehicles parked in any of the parking areas.

15. It is forbidden to leave non-operational or otherwise unfit-for-driving vehicles in all parking areas.

16. In the underground parking, it is forbidden to leave the engine running unnecessarily or without reason.

17. The owner/driver of the vehicle is responsible for all damages caused by their vehicle.

18. Exits/entrances to/from the underground garage are closed from 21:00 to 6:30.

19. The outdoor parking lot is accessible during the operating hours of the shopping center from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

20. Visitors are required to maintain cleanliness and order in the parking areas.

21. Visitors are required to park according to the designated parking spaces.

22. Visitors are required to properly lock and secure their vehicle with a security device if it is part of the vehicle when leaving the parked vehicle. Visitors should also not leave valuables (e.g., laptop, mobile phone, etc.) in visible places inside the parked vehicles. The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to such items.

23. Entrance and exit roads at control ramps cannot be blocked in consideration of other shopping center visitors. In case of any problems with the parking card, the vehicle should be moved to the adjacent lane and assistance should be called immediately using the bell.
