We rejoice at another success in our portfolio! The retail park STOP SHOP  in Prague's Horní Měcholupy, which was built in 2018, can now boast the prestigious BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of "VERY GOOD".

The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate is a globally recognised standard for assessing the environmental performance of buildings. A "VERY GOOD" rating means that our building meets high standards in areas such as energy efficiency, waste management, water use, health and comfort of building occupants and more.

This achievement is proof that we are on the right track in our efforts to meet our sustainability and environmental goals. We are proud that our buildings bring comfort and convenience to their visitors and tenants, but also respect the environment and contribute to reducing our carbon footprint.

We would like to thank all the partners who have contributed to the construction of the building, as well as the team that ensures the daily operation of STOP SHOP Horní Měcholupy.

In Příbram, instead of the original JYSK furniture branch, you will now find the Action store, which offers a wide range of everyday products at attractive prices.
