News and Promotions at STOP SHOP in Czech Republic

Saturday 9 March was a special day for two of our retail parks STOP SHOP, where brand new attractive stores opened. In Příbram, instead of the original JYSK furniture branch, you will now find the Action store, which offers a wide range of everyday products at attractive prices. In Horní Měcholupy, the staff of the clothing brand Gate are looking forward to your visit. Come and choose the right one and refresh your spring wardrobe!

 

Retail parks in Litvínov and Horní Měcholupy have undergone a complete rebranding under the name STOP SHOP, an investment that aims to increase comfort for customers and tenants.

Both STOP SHOPs are easily accessible and people can shop there every day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

"We are happy that we have managed to complete the long-planned change. The uniform rebranding strengthens the STOP SHOP brand and gives a clear signal to our customers that this is the right place for their shopping," says Pavel Jirásek, Head of Asset Management Retail Warehouse and Logistics at CPI Property Group.

 

A TABÁK & TISK store in the TOBACCO RETAIL concept has opened in Tábor. The new modular store can be found in the parking lot of the STOP SHOP retail park opposite the supermarket LIDL on Soběslavská Street in Tábor.

In the TOBACCO RETAIL shop you can find a large selection of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, daily newspapers and magazines, an extended range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and it is also possible to buy HHC and CBD products or confectionery. Among the services offered there is also a collection of SAZKA betting company, parcel service Balíkovna from the Czech Post and the possibility of exchanging and buying SODASTREAM bombs.

Customers can also sign up for the TR+ customer programme at the shop.

We rejoice at another success in our portfolio! The retail park STOP SHOP  in Prague's Horní Měcholupy, which was built in 2018, can now boast the prestigious BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of "VERY GOOD".

The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate is a globally recognised standard for assessing the environmental performance of buildings. A "VERY GOOD" rating means that our building meets high standards in areas such as energy efficiency, waste management, water use, health and comfort of building occupants and more.

This achievement is proof that we are on the right track in our efforts to meet our sustainability and environmental goals. We are proud that our buildings bring comfort and convenience to their visitors and tenants, but also respect the environment and contribute to reducing our carbon footprint.

Dolce Amore Bistro is a new Italian bistro, which you can now find at the well-known STOP SHOP address in Znojmo. It focuses on quality coffee and traditional Italian desserts Cannoli and Cassata, light savoury dishes such as Arancini Cicchetti and other seasonal delicacies. You won't find a similarly wide range of fresh homemade products with Italian spirit elsewhere in Znojmo.
